The Joyful Mysteries

Almost four years ago, I felt moved to create a rosary, especially for breast cancer survivors and after my hour of adoration, these are the words that Jesus gave me to share.

The Joyful Mysteries

First Joyful Mystery:  The Annunciation of the Lord

The Lord has a special plan for each of us, just like He had for Mary.

Let us pray that we can trust that the diagnosis of cancer is His plan for us to do something remarkable in our life.

Second Joyful Mystery:  The Visitation

Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.  May we also feel the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Let us pray that we are open to accept God’s love and the love

and support from those who want to help us through our journey.

Third Joyful Mystery:  The Birth of Jesus

Just as Jesus was born to give us life, our diagnosis was the birth of our new perspective of life.

Let us pray that we choose to enjoy each new day as a gift from God and always be thankful for it.

Fourth Joyful Mystery:  The Presentation of Jesus in the Temple

Often, when we are scared or mad, we turn away from God.

Let us pray that during the frightful times, we may go to God and present our fears to Him.

Fifth Joyful Mystery:  Finding of Jesus in the Temple

As our journey with cancer continues, let us pray that we can find the joy in all

of the gifts that God has given us.

I encourage you to pray the rosary, offer it for someone, and feel the presence of Our Blessed Mother throughout your day.mary pink
